This is a big thrill. The Thomas H. Raddall Award is a $25,000.00 prize that goes to the author of what the judges feel is the best book produced by an Atlantic Canadian writer in the past year. In the past it’s gone to some fantastic writers, of course, and to be in their company as a nominee is a great honor. The winner will be announced on September 20. Until then I guess I need to keep very busy and try hard not to think about it.
